One interesting point about press bias: When conservatives or libertarians complain about bias, they name specific instances such as RatherGate, or the "Bush Twists Kerry's Words on Iraq" article I mentioned in my previous posts. Liberals will tell you that the media is conservative, but they're not as good at pointing out examples. Often they focus on outcome rather than process; for instance, that many Americans allegedly believed that Saddam Hussein was responsible for 9/11.
