The Declarer (Floyd McWilliams' Blog)

Our family visited Shanghai last month.  Our kids stayed with Sherry's mom and great-aunts in a three-bedroom, 10th floor apartment near Fanyu Road and the Yan'an Road/elevated freeway.  There was a park about half a mile away, which we reached by cutting through another apartment complex and some alleys.  (One of these alleys was an open-air food market with fruit, vegetables, and various sorts of seafood.  Do you get to see live eels on the way to your local park?  Advantage Shanghai.)

On one of these trips I happened to notice a t-shirt hung out to dry that read:

WORK HARD LIKE YOU BLOW ME

(The Chinese like to use semi-random English sentences in their marketing and fashion.  I'd be surprised if the person who owned this shirt knew what it meant.)
