Progress continues, though slowly. I still strain a little to climb and descend stairs. But my leg is stronger, and during physical therapy a few weeks ago I was pleased to see muscle definition in my quadriceps. Physical therapy is now a once-a-week affair -- though I work out 2-3 more times per week, at home or in Google's gym.
Running is still beyond me. I've started jumping rope as a precursor to jogging. I was terrible at jump rope even when I had two functioning legs. Now the rope gets caught under my feet because I don't jump high enough.
